The Association’s latest monthly cash flow statement, covering activity through August 31, is now available. The statement provides an updated look at deposits, operating expenses, budget performance and cash on hand. Access codes for Punta Piedra’s pools and restrooms have been changed. Homeowners who are current on their HOA account may request the new codes by emailing the Administration Office during business hours. Please do not share access codes with others.
